Terms and Conditions for Web Sale

Pricing

All prices are displayed in DKK and inclusive of moms, exclusive of delivery. Nordic Premium Café offer various payment styles and liaise with the customer as to preference. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change.Online payments are via the secure payment system PAYPAL.

Accepting orders and security

When you place an order online we will treat it as an offer to buy, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.

In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions.

If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.

Delivery

Delivery prices are a set price, however due to remote areas the cost of delivery may be subject to referral. Delivery must be to an address provided and will not automatically be considered the address at which your credit or debit card is registered. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. We attempt to honour our delivery time of 4 working days and we do everything we can to meet delivery times described in that section, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations and Returns

 Under EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, if you wish to cancel your order you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the goods being received. You will be responsible for return postage unless the product is defective through fault of our own. Please contact us before returning goods. Returned goods should be packaged as they were sent in the best method possible, only unused goods returned in original condition will be credited. We cannot accept cancellation of purchases for foodstuffs which have been opened unless the product is defective. We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g - out of date, ripped packaging).

Miscellaneous

Sales on the web site are governed by European law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Europen courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions only cover the web site. Any links within this site to other web sites are not covered by this policy and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of the web sites which are not under our control.
